Woodspring Suites Lexington Southeast, Lexington

My stay at the hotel was disappointing due to the awful smell and noise levels, which made it hard to sleep. However, the staff initially was polite and helpful, and the hotel had a decent price. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service post-checkout was frustrating, as I had issues with unexpected charges.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, making my check-in easy. My room was clean and had all the essentials, but there were issues with noise from neighboring rooms that made it hard to sleep. While the location is very convenient with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, I had a frustrating experience with the management regarding unexpected charges after checkout.

WoodSpring Suites in Lexington has proven to be an exceptional stay for me. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff make it feel like home. Plus, their pet policy is a huge plus for pet owners like us. However, there were a couple of minor maintenance issues that popped up during my stay. Overall, it's an amazing value for a comfortable and welcoming experience.
